What hardware do I need? +
Any tablet, laptop, or PC with a browser — iPad, Android tablet, even an old laptop works. The kiosk is a web app, so there's nothing to install and nothing proprietary to buy. Optional extras: a $15 USB QR/barcode scanner for badge scanning, and a $15–25 USB RFID reader if you want card tapping.
How does the 14-day free trial work? +
Fill in the form below and your login credentials are created and emailed to you within seconds — no credit card required. You get a working organization with every feature of the Pro plan enabled for 14 days. When you're ready, pick a plan and keep everything you set up.
Do visitors need to install anything? +
No. Walk-ins use the kiosk touchscreen. Pre-registered guests get a QR code by email and scan it at the kiosk. Staff and frequent visitors can use printed QR badges or RFID cards — none of which require a phone or app.
How does the blacklist actually stop someone? +
When a flagged visitor tries to check in — by form, QR, or RFID card — the kiosk politely refuses with a neutral "please see the front desk" message and your security dashboard lights up. Flags match by email or exact name, so leaving the email blank or inventing a different one doesn't bypass it.
Is my data safe? What if something goes wrong? +
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and admin accounts support MFA. Enterprise plans include nightly automatic backups of your entire organization — users, hosts, visits, devices, and settings — kept for 30 days and restorable in one click.
Can I migrate from a paper log or another tool? +
Yes. Hosts can be imported from CSV in minutes, and our team will help you recreate your check-in fields and badge templates during onboarding — free on every plan.
